Kelley Morice

With more than 30 years in corporate and agency communications, Kelley blends curiosity and conviction, asking "yes, but why?" and answering every challenge with "absolutely."
She’s known for raising the right questions and immersing herself in her clients’ businesses. Her work spans brand strategy, investor communications, digital campaigns and federal grant programming.
Advancing her career as marketing director for First Horizon’s Capital Markets division, Kelley then went on to become vice president of account services at one of Memphis’ largest advertising agencies. She and Cynthia Saatkamp co-founded Hemline Theory in 2003.
Among other roles at Hemline, Kelley serves as chief marketing officer for Tilley Ag. Tilley Ag is a farm profitability platform built for America's row-crop farmers and the advisors who support them. She and her Hemline team develop the company’s marketing strategies and lead day-to-day execution.
Kelley received a journalism degree from the University of Memphis and graduated from the New Memphis Leadership Development Intensive. She also has received the American Advertising Federation’s Ad Woman of the Year and has led marketing for RiverArtsFest, Memphis’ premier juried fine arts festival, since its inception, where her passion for art has turned into a 15-year collection and full-blown obsession.
Andrea Wiley

Never settling, always solving, Andrea leads with strategic clarity and a steadfast commitment to doing the work right. With 20-plus years of marketing communications experience, she joined Hemline in 2023 as partner and has a reputation for knowing her clients’ businesses as well as they do.
A two-time University of Memphis graduate, Andrea received the Outstanding Alumni Award from the Department of Journalism and Strategic Media. She has shaped the next generation of talent as a former adjunct professor and continues to give back as a board member of the College of Communication and Fine Arts. Andrea also graduated from the Leadership Memphis Executive Program.
Her influence extends beyond client work. She is a member of the Le Bonheur Club and past president of AAF Memphis. She received the AAF District 7 Otis Dodge Award for her contributions to the region and the Bolton-MacVicar Award for dedicating time and effort to help advertising students in Memphis.
Cynthia Saatkamp
PARTNER
Cynthia represents the crossroads of Southern charm and sophisticated, strategic thinking. With 30 years’ experience, she has served clients across nearly every major business sector with a focus on product launch, corporate strategy and branding.
Cynthia has been recognized as an American Advertising Federation Silver Medal Award recipient and Marketing Professional of the Year, a Memphis Business Journal “40 Under 40” and “Super Women in Business” honoree, and an Inside Memphis Business Power Player.
Beginning her career in advertising production, Cynthia quickly advanced into account services and strategy, leading some of Memphis’ most prominent accounts. In 2003, she cofounded Hemline Theory with Kelley Morice.
A University of Mississippi graduate, Cynthia received her MBA from the University of Memphis and is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional. Though she’s a guiding light for anyone looking to make a move in the markets, don’t let her fool you. Her best moves are often found on the dance floor.
Derikah Scott
ART DIRECTOR
Give her a creative brief and Derikah brings the brand to life. Having worked in agencies for most of her career, she’s quick on brand and even faster when deadlines must be met. A graduate of Memphis College of Art, Derikah digs typography and lettering, which is pretty cool for a woman who lets her creative do all the talking.
Amanda Boulton
ART DIRECTOR
As an award-winning designer, Amanda works across print, digital, social and video, with an approach that blends inspiration, strategy and identity within each phase of creative execution. She has worked in branding and marketing for over 15 years with travel, beauty, nonprofits, financial and higher-ed clients. She earned her MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. When not using her super creative powers for clients, Amanda is often found in nature, creating something at home or traveling the world, kids in tow.
Rebecca Phillips
ART DIRECTOR
Rebecca excels in capturing a brand’s essence through cohesive, balanced and visually compelling design. With over 15 years in the industry, she has crafted a variety of print and digital materials, including brand identities, editorial design, direct mail, signage and artwork. To fuel her creativity, Rebecca co-published the companion book, Memphis Type History: Signs and Stories From Just Around the Corner, celebrating Memphis’ iconic signs and design heritage. She holds a BFA in communication design from Texas State University.
Amy Consiglio

With 30-plus years at the helm of brand creative, Amy offers a compelling blend of strategic thinking and contagious enthusiasm. She is a force across every marketing touchpoint, leading digital, print and broadcast teams in developing and executing integrated campaigns. Her deep B2B expertise spans strategic platform development and long-term growth initiatives, helping brands build meaningful, lasting connections. Notably, as the founder of EverWondr, Amy created a pioneering regional tourism marketing platform that connected rural and urban communities through social networking, driving competitiveness and economic vitality. At its peak, EverWondr was supported by more than 400 chambers of commerce, CVBs, arts councils, economic development organizations and universities.
Megan Glenn

As a digital strategist with nearly 20 years’ experience, Megan specializes in digital design, strategy and support, as well as agency-level account management. Additionally, she’s led e-commerce development/support and marketing strategy for B2B clients. When she’s not online, she travels with family to visit our famed national parks.
Heather Gates
COPYWRITER & BRAND STANDARDS MANAGER
Heather tinkers with ideas and words, whether it’s a right-brain day crafting headlines or a left-brain day hunkered down proofreading 31 versions of a corporate-donor report. From the Nutcracker to toasted pecans, medical devices to community health care, Heather gets it as perfect as possible, so your brand is as perfect as possible. She’s a Midwest girl at heart but loves sweet tea and fried okra.
Brooke Carkeet
ACCOUNT MANAGER
With a heart for nonprofit work, Brooke served in the Peace Corps in Suriname before becoming volunteer center director for the United Way of South Mississippi. For Hemline, Brooke stays on top of daily deliverables to meet clients’ strategic objectives. She also manages digital and mail campaign execution. When she’s not in the office, she watches The Office. She’s a spiffy sewer and quilter too.
Jillian Stewart
ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Jillian has perfected the balance of managing projects, timelines and details while also nurturing relationships and believing the best in others. She’s equally comfortable working in any medium, including running clients’ social media campaigns, leading pitch days as a website content editor or working on a team as head videographer. As a testament to her ability to lead with compassion, one of her greatest interests is mentorship. She has been a member of the Young Life Greater Memphis community for more than 10 years, serving as a volunteer leader and committee member.

More than an accomplished editor and director of photography, Jenny is a storyteller. Always curious about what makes a brand tick, Jenny creates visual stories with authenticity, clarity and compelling uniqueness. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Jenny’s love for the arts and the Memphis community encourages her to continually wonder what’s around the corner. Though she’ll never cut a corner in her work, she’s walked a lot of them around town with her sweet dog Gus.
