When Ford Motor Company announced one of the largest and most significant manufacturing investments in American history—a sprawling campus in West Tennessee now known as the Tennessee Truck Plant—every surrounding county recognized the opportunity. The problem? Though perfectly positioned, Tipton County was virtually unknown. Hemline changed that by putting Tipton County on the map with Tipton Perfect. A full destination brand built to attract new residents as well as regional developers, Tipton Perfect targets two very different audiences with one cohesive identity.
